We assist communities in building a new safety infrastructure that shifts away from police reliance.

We are an abolitionist organization.

We must re-define safety. The policing system is dangerous for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. We seek a new definition of safety—one that refuses systemically racist practices and supports a framework for equity.

Our Services

Working closely with neighborhoods, we build and teach holistic and humane safety methods and tools.

Workshops, Trainings & Consultation

Pre-designed workshops and training that aim to share tools and skills with communities and organizations to increase individual and collective capacity to support safety and intervene in crisis.

Transformative Processes

Processes (RJ Circles, community accountability, mediation, etc.) are used to reshape a moment of conflict, harm, or violence. Supporting those harmed and responsible for beginning a journey of healing and accountability.
